It is not grandmas recipe!
Another Greek Roast Chicken Recipe? I mean really? Why, oh why shall I go and try another recipe for oven roasted chicken? Maybe because it’s a recipe that makes its skin very crispy, with a golden color? Because it keeps it juicy inside? Or maybe because it’ s grandmas recipe? Blah blah blah…

For one, it’s cooked in parts, not whole. (Makes it’s cooking sooo much easier and tastier) It’s actually more like oven baked, I would say.
For two, it is baked along with the potatoes on the same pan, which lets them soak all of the delicious flavors.

Need I say more? This combination of ingredients makes a divine, spice-flavored chicken with the paprika and mustard (maybe a bit eastern flavored too). Only ten minutes after it enters your oven, and the smell will break your nose. (Yes I cook it right now)
Oh, and it’s done pretty quickly here’s how…
