This will be the quickest and easiest Pizza you will ever make! And that's because you don't need to make a dough, nor a sauce. All you have to do is top a pita flatbread with tomatoes, pepper slices, olives, feta cheese, and oregano. Bake for exactly 10 minutes and that's all you really need to make this very healthy breakfast pizza recipe.
I mean who has plenty of time to prepare breakfast anyway? Most of the times you need something quick and fulfilling to keep you going until lunchtime. With Sundays being the only exception where you would want to make something special to enjoy a lazy day (I love to make these warm Greek donuts).
But other than the time thing maybe you'd also prefer something healthier than bacon and pancakes (I know deep down you don't). But what if it's really tasty? Then why not? This Breakfast Pizza is exactly what you need since it's equally tasty and healthy. Did you know that olives are great to eat in the morning because they wake your metabolism? Yeap, its true. Although you'll need a bigger quantity than what this recipe calls for, but something is better than nothing right?
My Other Two Healthy Greek Breakfast Recipes :
What I love the most about this Easy Breakfast Pizza is the fact that it's so juicy in the center with crispy edges. It has a truly Mediterranean flavor with a hint of tanginess from the olives. Another great thing about this pizza is that it can be eaten cold as well, without having to worry about the melting cheese getting cold and chewy (Feta cheese won't melt anyway).
All in all this Greek pizza recipe is a great breakfast option since it's healthy, quick and easy to make and utterly delicious!
