15-Minute, Healthy & Easy Breakfast Pizza

Servings: 2 pizzas
- 2 Pita flatbreads
- 1 medium-sized tomato
- 8-10 thin slices of jalapeno pepper
- 60 grams feta cheese
- a few kalamata olive slices
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 250°C / 482°F.
Add the pita flatbreads in a baking pan.
Cut the tomato in half and then cut to very thin slices. Lay evenly on top of the pita. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the pepper slices. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands and sprinkle on top of the pitas.
Add a drizzle of olive oil, some oregano and the olive slices.
Bake for 10 minutes.
