  • 2 Pita flatbreads
  • 1 medium-sized tomato
  • 8-10 thin slices of jalapeno pepper
  • 60 grams feta cheese
  • a few kalamata olive slices
  • olive oil
  • oregano
  • salt & pepper


  • Preheat oven to 250°C / 482°F.
  • Add the pita flatbreads in a baking pan.
  • Cut the tomato in half and then cut to very thin slices. Lay evenly on top of the pita. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the pepper slices. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands and sprinkle on top of the pitas.
  • Add a drizzle of olive oil, some oregano and the olive slices.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
