The honey complements the sourness of the Greek Yogurt and the walnuts give a nice crunchy texture and nutty flavor. Please keep in mind though that you need full-fat Greek Yogurt to make this. Otherwise, you’ll be missing the point and won’t taste half that good.

- 150 grams full fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- walnuts chopped
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt until creamy and soft. In a small glass or jar, add half of the yogurt.
- Add a tablespoon of honey and some chopped walnuts.
- Add the remaining yogurt on top, and the remaining honey.
- Sprinkle with some extra chopped walnuts and serve.
