Greek Yogurt With Honey And Walnuts is a dessert, that shouts -I'm Greek! I can't really think of a healthier, more nutritious dessert (if you can, then do tell me in a comment). Probiotic packed Greek Yogurt, topped with Honey that's rich in antioxidants, and sprinkled with walnuts, that are full of protein and improve metabolism.

    A Real Energy Booster

It's considered an energy booster that you can eat as a sweet snack at all times during the day. Some prefer to have it as their breakfast (it really keeps you for hours). It's very fulfilling, and the honey along with the walnuts gives you an instant energy kick. And that's why some people, even like to enjoy it, as a light lunch. In any case, it's a very cool and refreshing dessert, to end almost all of your meals.

In Greece, there is a joke about Greek Yogurt With Honey And Walnuts. It's mostly a joke among men who like to tease each other. If a guy sees another guy eating some, he would comment something like this..-What do you need that for? Are you going for some...Ugh, 'action'? There seems to be a belief that this sweet snack gives such an energy boost that helps men with 'bedroom activities'. Now, how much of this is actually true... Well..., I can't really help you with that...?

    No Cooking, Just Combining...

I'm afraid it's not much of a recipe though. Greek Yogurt With Honey And Walnuts is more a combination of ingredients that match PERFECTLY together and are served in a fancy way. I wanted to share it with you though since it's A Greek-Must-Try sweet snack.

The honey compliments the sourness of the Greek Yogurt and the walnuts give a nice crunchy texture and nutty flavor. Please keep in mind though that you need full-fat Greek Yogurt to make this. Otherwise, you'll be missing the point and won't taste half that good.

Oh, and one last thing. It's eaten right away. Don't let it sit in the fridge because the honey will incorporate with the yogurt and the yogurt will get all watery. That's all by me. Hope you really enjoy it 😉
